Six Themes in Analytics Adoption

The Pacific Northwest Data & AI Leadership Board explored this question together. We reflected on our own experiences as leaders in data and analytics and wrote fourteen case studies so that others can benefit from both successes and lessons learned. Through collegial conversation, six themes were crystalized as important analytics adoption best practices.

Our board members, who are data and AI leaders in enterprises in the Greater Seattle Area, worked together with support from Unify Consulting to write articles for each of the six themes, highlighting real world applications from the case studies.
