Background:
A leading global technology company spent years defining its data governance approach and principles but struggled to drive tangible impacts on business programs. A new artificial intelligence-driven recommendation engine for B2B sales and marketing required high quality data. Solution:

Further, an external version of the playbook was made available to customers of the leading global technology company.
Outcomes:
The leading global technology company was able to improve data definition, stewardship, and quality enabling more accurate results in the recommendation engine. The engine’s results were used to prioritize marketing and sales representatives’ time to promote products like Azure, Dynamics, and Office to the customers most likely to purchase. The engine is in prototype phase, but it already showing promising lift.
